Racoon shawl

racoon_shawlRemember Mr. Fox? I made another one. This time it turned out to be Mr. Racoon. You can wear him on your shoulder and he will protect your neck against all kinds of evil, mostly cold and rain. I think He is cute. I made him from Katia Alaska, a thick acrylic yarn. Knitted on needles Β 7 mm and filled with fiberfill. The colors are white, brown and dark brown. You can use the Mr. Fox pattern. Only the ears are knitted in another way.

He is lovely and cute ❀
I can imagine him cuddling around someone's neck, keeping them nice and warm ! πŸ™‚

      That’s great!!! πŸ˜€
I was thinking, you could make a ring-tailed lemur or a meerkat scarf too, with the same pattern. Maybe the ears are smaller and the eyes larger, but meerkats are pretty much like raccoons, same goes for the lemurs. just the colours are different πŸ™‚
      Or, a Marsupilami!!! πŸ˜€

It is possible I assume, Maybe the head is a bit smaller and you have to adjust the head. I have sufficient yarn to make another animal on the moment only the main color would be sand.
